AJ Anderson started her yoga journey in 2014, falling in love with the practice and the positive results it had on her health. Her love for yoga turned into purpose and her curiosity for knowledge deepened. She graduated YTT in 2017, ready to take the wealth of knowledge she gained and share it with others. Her training is in Hatha Yoga which has been a foundation for other styles of yoga to build upon. She enjoys teaching a variety of classes to include hatha, power, vinyasa, yin, restorative, and meditation. AJ brings creativity and positive energy to each class, constructing fun and challenging sequences. She believes in safely facilitating the class while encouraging her students to challenge themselves - mind, body, and soul - in order to achieve what they seek from their practice. She believes yoga is a tool to cultivate and harness the power of one's own potential.
Candace Brumit received her 200 RYT certificate in March of 2018 at Tulaa Yoga Studio in Wilmington Delaware. Her passion for the practice has grown for over a decade, since she was first introduced to yoga after the birth of her daughter and was suffering with postpartum depression. She fully believes in the light that yoga can provide for mental health and integrates that into her teaching by empowering and motivating students to find their limits and safely push them so they can become stronger, physically and mentally. MaLinda has practiced yoga for nearly 9 years, completed YTT with Liberty Yoga, May 2017 and recently became certified in Yoga Shred® by Sadie Nardini. During MaLinda’s first ever yoga class (almost 15 years ago) she found herself distracted and uninterested. Some years later a friend told her how great yoga was and talked her into taking a class. Going into the yoga class with an open mind she enjoyed every moment of it! After several months of taking a regular class, MaLinda realized that yoga was more than just a physical practiced, her weeks became less stressful and she was happier. On weeks she missed class her mood was unbalanced and her husband would even comment “make sure you go to yoga next week”. Eventually MaLinda decided it was time to deepen her practice not only for herself, but so she could give back to the community what was so graciously given to her; a balanced mind, body and soul. MaLinda enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, nature, camping, photography and helping others to find peace and happiness.
